Been a LONG time

So needless to say i have fallen off the blog wagon again! (I have been trying to post this for days now but my computer is taking FOREVER to upload the pictures :/) A lot has happened since I last posted. Matthew is getting SOOOO big. I can not believe that his 1st birthday will be later this week. Where has this year gone to? Ryan is home from his training with Spirit Airlines, we are very glad that the training went well and he is home now. So you ask what has been going on these past couple of months well I'll show you!

We went the Toledo Zoo in March when it was 80 degrees and beautiful out. I know how crazy for it to be that warm in the Spring in Michigan

Then Matthew needed his 1st hair cut BAD so a couple days before Easter we went over to my friends house and got Matthew's 1st hair cut. My little baby is growing up sooo fast

Then it's Eater time. We had a blast up north for the Easter weekend. We Missed Ryan lots but we still had a good time. Amelia is getting so big too! I can't wait till they can play together (Matthew trys to "play" with her by hitting her like he does his cat).

 

While we where up north we tried to get Matthew to walk but we didn't think he was any where close to walking. Mary and I both said it would be some time after his birthday. Well Matthew had a different plan. He walked on Friday April 13th (the 1st full day Ryan was home from training :)) Every day he is taking a couple more steps in a row then he did the day before. Once again where did my baby go?

Update

Things are going pretty well over here with the Reynolds. Ryan is at training and doing well, he misses the family but other then that all is well. Matthew and I are doing pretty well too. We went over to see Amelia, Lindsay and Mack this week. It was great to see them, we need to do that more often! Here is a video that I shot of Matthew last night.

Amelia Kate

I would like to say congratulations to Mack and Lindsay on the birth of their daughter Amelia Kate. She was born on Monday 1/30/12. Ryan, Matthew and I went over to Grand Rapids to meet her. She is soooo cute. I can't wait for the day that Amelia and Matthew can play together. Congrats Again!

A month in review

This month has been a pretty good month for the Reynolds household. Matthew is doing real well, He is getting in to EVERYTHING!! He cut his first tooth around Christmas and now he is working on his second one. He is a SUPER slow teether, just like his daddy. Matthew is saying a lot of dada but not lots of mama, hopefully mama is coming soon. Matthew's 9 month well baby check went well. He is 23lbs 1 oz and 29.5 inches.

Ryan went down to FL in late January to interview to Spirit Airlines. Ry had a voicemail offering him the job before he landed in Detroit, so they must have really liked him. We are really excited and nervous about the change ahead! Ryan leaves for training the end of this month. He will be gone for another 8 weeks :/
